Action Plans!

During our August Community Connections meeting under the guidance of Patricia Oh, AARP our group discussed the issues that were identified in our Community Assessment Survey. We discussed what we have accomplished, our strengths and areas for improvement and came up with some great ideas. The photo below shows the results of our work.

We will next put pen to paper, seek volunteers to help and write up our plans for the future.
